This blend was designed years ago for the people of Cornucopia WI. Its a small town at one of the most northern points in Wisconsin. You may know the town for the Apostle Islands Ice Caves. Unlike the ice caves you can get this blend any time you desire. This blend is a little darker than our Ice Caves Blend with 50% of the blend being our 2 darkest roasts.

Honduras has been know to vary widely in the quality of their coffee. Through education and training their coffee growing practice have improved and not only the quality of their coffee but the consistency of the coffee they produce has improved. Hawaiian Kona
This is 100% straight Hawaiian Kona. It has those lovely soft fruity tones at the lighter roasts; a real nice cherry tone, mixed with a sweeter chocolate nut bottom note. Hints of island acidity to bring you that very well balanced, unique, and crisp cup of coffee. Medium bodied, not too strong.

Finca La Benedición took 2nd place in the 2015 El Salvador Cup of Excellence competition, and the quality shown in the lots from here easily illustrates why it placed so high. Producer Ismael Flores grows mostly Pacamara, Bourbon, and Pacas on the 5 manzanas of Finca La Benedición, and he processes his coffees as Washed and Honeys, paying meticulous attention to his processes and displaying his passion for coffee. The Washed coffees are picked, de-pulped, fermented dry for 14–18 hours, and then dried for 13–20 days on patios. The Honeys are picked, de-pulped, and dried on raised beds for 13–20 days as well.
Cup:
Sweet and tart with a smooth mouthfeel; lemon and toffee flavors with a peanut aftertaste.
