China BOP, Black tea
This is a classic black tea from China. It brews lightly sweet and crisp, earthy cup with a medium body. It is a great base for blending. For chai blends, and for iced teas. It is a classic with cream and sugar.
Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that has come to a rolling boil or nearly boiling for 3-5 minutes.
